1 in 5 Australians live with chronic pain. Medlab Clinical is running The Med-care Study, a medicinal cannabis and chronic pain observational study now recruiting. Based on TGA data: Chronic pain is the most common reason for prescribing medicinal cannabis in Australia. However, some doctors doubt its pain-relieving abilities, despite evidence. To address this, more clinical trials are needed.
