ODC Implements New Fee and Charge Structure for Medicinal Cannabis Industry Overhaul Leave a comment
As of August 1, the Office of Drug Control (ODC) has published an updated list of fees and charges for the medicinal cannabis industry. While the annual cost of holding a medicinal cannabis license will more than double, the previously hefty ‘site’ charge has been removed.
